About the event
You will develop a clear and structured approach to muscle testing—the foundation of Integrated Kinesiology—by learning proper pressure, protocol, and interpretation of the body’s responses. You will work with the 14 key muscles to support posture and nervous system balance, explore meridian Beginning and End points for precise assessment, and apply techniques such as PRYT and quadratus lumborum corrections to address hip and lumbar imbalances while enhancing the body’s organization in space.
